Shipping policy

Shipping

  • We offer Standard Delivery (7-10 working days), shipping rates are calculated on checkout. 
  • Orders are shipped the next day of the order if all information provided is correct. In case of missing or incorrect details, we will contact you via email or contact number to get the information.
  • Orders are only shipped on working days, which do not include Saturday, Sunday, or any public holidays.
  • After the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Contact the carrier for updates and questions regarding delivery or shipment after. 

Delivery

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Ensure you are available on your provided contact number when the shipping company contacts you.

Shipping Restrictions

If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product is sold. 

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to contact@zaybeauty.com. This should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Tax & duty charges

All orders (excluding Pakistan orders) are shipped from Dubai, UAE. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before purchasing from our website.
